We are Gleaming Geckos. A group of students from Politechnika Łódzka with passion for creating games.

 Our main project that we are curently working on is Nycto. A narrative puzzle game that uses non-Euclidean spaces to mess with your head.

So far it was given several distinction during ZTGK 2023 competition as well as distinction for it's approach to graphics during Digital Dragons Conference in 2024.

In 2024 we decided to take part in Cyberiada, nationwide game creation competition. 

During this 10 month long tournament we compeated with dozens teams from Poland in 3 major events.

The first one was 24 hour Lem Game Jam during which our team created game "Palace of Hands" inspired by work of Stanisław Lem and theme "Mask".  It was placed as 3rd best game amongst all projects created during this event. 

Throughout those 10 months we were working on our main game "TropChôrta". Rouglike detective game embedded in Slavic Mythology LARP event. This project scored 1st place in our Dragon Base based in Krakow, which allowed us to participate in grand finale.

For the last time we had to compete with 9 other teams in 24 hour game jam. The theme for this one was "Perfect Vacuume". We came up with our newest game "Underpacked" and scored 1st place during the last game jame.

Thanks to that we finished Cyberiada in 1st place winnig whole competition!
